HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF KENT COUNTY - HOUSE RENOVATIONS
In working with Habitat for Humanity of Kent County, CS Architecture sought to meet the goals of simple, decent, affordable housing while renovating this house to meet LEED for Homes Gold Certification. The house renovation was completed in 2017 and includes 4-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was gutted to the exterior sheathing, and insulation was added to the exterior. The house was air-sealed and upgraded to make it an energy efficient and provide good indoor air quality for its new owners.
