Habitat for Humanity of Kent County - Duplex
Developed as a template plan for Zero Lot Line sites, this duplex fits within the neighborhood context while providing two homes on tight lots. The houses are designed to meet LEED for Homes Gold Certification as well as Energy Star and Indoor Air Plus Certification.
